Past Incidents

To increase our capacity of our network we plan a maintenance in Frankfurt, DE, FRA01 - NTT FRA1:

-upgrade and network re-configuration on our access switches in NTT FRA1 to increase capacity and redundancy for our customer services. This will mean a downtime of approx. 15 to 30min.

-Hardware upgrade on vmhost07-fra. This will mean a short downtime of approx. 15min.

Description: Network maintenance FRA01 - NTT FRA1 - Services will be unreachable during the maintenance and will be available again afterwards.

End Time Maintenance Window: Sunday, 21.4.2024 - 17:30 UTC +2

Friday 12th of April of 2024 an electrical maintenance will be carried out that will affect our rack.

Maintenance has been scheduled to be carried out between 6.00 and 7.30 (am CET).

We expect limited impact from this maintenance.

Update: The Datacenter is checking devices

Update: A switch has lost its config leading to downtime, all services are restored.

Our carrier briefly rejected some of our prefixes during a prefix update.

All systems are online again.
