this ticket has been escalated to our team and will be resolved ASAP.

Core Network Frankfurt Carrier Issue Frankfurt

One of our carriers hase an issue in the Frankfurt metro region. No ETA available.

Affected Services: NL-IX, KleyReX and LocIX Access, RETN, GTT, Telia, Deutsche Telekom Transit

NL-IX Access, as well as RETN, is re-routed over Amsterdam, users may experience higher latency.

Core Network Fremont Power Outage FMT2

We are Investigating an issue in FMT2.

Update 03:40: There appears to be a power outage at FMT2, our redundant upstream providers report the same issue, redundant connected gear seems to be affected as well.

Update: 04:12 Power seems to be restored, all links are up again.
