Past Incidents

To increase our capacity of both compute and network we plan maintenance in our Amsterdam, NL, AMS-02 - Interxion AMS-DRT:

-upgrade and network re-configuration on our access and core switches in AMS-DRT to increase capacity and redundancy of this location. This will mean a downtime of approx. 30min.

-Hardware upgrade on vmhost04-ams. This will mean a short downtime of approx. 15min.

Description: Network maintenance AMS02 - Interxion AMS-DRT - Services will be unreachable during the maintenance and will be available again afterwards.

We are seeing power related issues in Kansas, multiple tennants seem to be affected.

Update: A large-scale outage due to a failed substation after a storm has been reported. Generators did not take over the load, most likely an ATS fault occurred as well. The Datacenter is investigating.

Update: The DC has resolved the issue

We will conduct a reboot on one of our core switches. Some L2 and Transit paths may not be available for the duration. No general impact expected.
