Dear Customers

We plan to perform an upgrade on our core network in Frankfurt. This upgrade will give us more capacity and better scalability. This upgrade will affect all Services in FRA as well as ZRH03.

We anticipate that the upgrade itself will take about 10min, while the recovering process on all peerings may take a bit longer.

All IXP VLANs won't be available as well as we conduct a switch upgrade and a router upgrade.

We are currently seeing issues with routes visible over our Upstream Hurricane Electric. There seems to be a widespread issue in HEs Network.

We are observing an issue with v4 connectivity in ZRH03

Update: We suspect there was an issue with a Cogent link interconnecting the two Datacenters at 10:00 UTC +1.
